4.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the wen1win platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, device, payment method, IP address, or any combination thereof — are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. wen1win will never request your password via any channel. Any activity conducted through your Account shall be deemed to have been conducted by you, and you accept full liability for all such activity.
4.3 You must notify wen1win immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account by contacting support at the email address listed in Section 15.
4.4 wen1win reserves the right to suspend any Account that it reasonably suspects has been compromised, is being accessed fraudulently, or is being used in violation of these Terms, pending investigation. During any such suspension, access to funds may be temporarily restricted.
In accordance with our obligations under applicable anti-money laundering and player protection frameworks, wen1win may require Members to submit identity verification documents including, but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
5.1 wen1win accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the payment methods listed on the platform at the relevant time, which currently include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB, Public Bank, GrabPay, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available methods and processing times are subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 All deposits must be funded from payment accounts in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to source, subject to any applicable investigation procedures.
5.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, as a fraud prevention measure. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are as stated in the platform's banking section, which may be updated from time to time.
5.4 wen1win reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, including requests for source of funds documentation, prior to releasing funds where deemed necessary under applicable compliance frameworks.

Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds (for sportsbook), and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the point of offer.
6.2 Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) on eligible games before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. 6.3 wen1win reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or cancel any promotional offer, and to recover Bonus Funds from a Member's Account, in the event that:

Points accumulation rates, redemption values, and tier benefits are set out in the Rewards programme terms, which are incorporated herein by reference and subject to change at wen1win's discretion.
6.5 Bonuses and Rewards points are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value independent of the applicable wagering requirements.
7.1 All games offered on wen1win are governed by the individual rules of each game as published within the game interface or on the relevant provider's certified documentation. In the event of any discrepancy, the rules displayed within the game shall prevail.
7.2 wen1win uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all software-based games. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers at certified studio facilities and are not RNG-dependent. All game outcomes are final once settled by the game engine or live dealer.

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wen1win platform and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

11.2 Members may apply responsible gaming controls at any time by accessing their Account settings or by contacting wen1win support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and will prevent the Member from accessing any real-money game or sportsbook market during the exclusion period.
11.3 Members who self-exclude are prohibited from circumventing the exclusion by registering a new account. Any account identified as belonging to a self-excluded Member will be closed and any balances returned to the Member's verified payment method.

13.2 Your continued use of the wen1win platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms.
